Please follow our guidelines below for returns. - All Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Returns after this time will not be honored.
- All merchandise must be in its original condition with the original sales tags attached.
- Any items that have been worn, altered, or washed are not eligible for return.
- All sale items 30% or more off are final sale.
Please be advised that merchandise returned that does not adhere to the guidelines will be denied for return. Denied items for return will only be returned at your expense.
HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE Your shipment will include a return address label in the box with your purchase(s). A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by miguelAntoinne.com must accompany all returns.
HOW TO GET YOUR RMA 1. Sign into your account by clicking on MY ACCOUNT. 2. Under "Track your recent orders" click (View Details) for the order that contains items you would like to return. 3. Click "add New RMA" to begin requesting RMA 4 Select the items you would like to return/exchange and choose the reason why you want to send your item(s) back. 5. If you are exchanging an item please indicate in "My Comments" for which item you would like to exchange and for what size. 6. Click 'Save RMA"
A return authorization will be emailed to you within 24 hours upon receipt of your request. Print the return authorization and include in the box with your return.
(Please note that issuance of an RA number from miguelAntoinne.com does not guarantee automatic approval/credit of your return. All merchandise returned is subject to inspection.)
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE Domestic within the Unites States of America 1. Affix the provided return address label on the box your purchase was shipped in. 2. Enclosed the items you are returning with all original packaging and tags affixed along with the RMA# provided by miguelantoinne.com. 3. Drop your return off at your local UPS store or authorized retailer. To locate the nearest UPS store or authorized retailer please visit the ups store locator at www.ups.com.

Your return will be processed within 2 days of receipt. Your return will be credited to the original form of payment used for purchase excluding original shipping costs.
EXCHANGES We will gladly exchange items for the same item in a different size dependent on stock availability. Exchanges will be shipped the same day of receipt and inspection of return. And of course the shipping of exchanges is on us. Thats right exchanges are FREE!
